Took ages through the app to hear back about an appointment. They made me agree to a video call despite my having downloaded the app to avoid having to deal with face to face counselling. Then they give no instructions on how to do the video call or what app to use for it. They also don't reply when asked. Appointment ticks by with no contact from converge team. No call, nothing. Annoying mess around to organise an appointment which didn't even happen, not that the Converge/EAP team give a damn.

Have been extremely disappointed with converge over the phone system for making appointments. I have had extreme difficulty getting somebody on the phone to make me an appointment. It is also not possible to book appointments on the app. You pick your preferred contact and then have to wait for them to call back. Which has not been within 24 hours and is difficult to facilitate while in a working environment. This service needs to update the app so u can make ap. to fill the gap for lack of staff
